For kappa legend, 27 raincoat statues are set up now by prefectural road 34 (Matsushima riding ground line). It is called popular name, kappa way. Raincoat and raincoat sitting down on railing of bridge, unique raincoats sitting in a happy circle including raincoat standing on hand please eyes of passerby.
Monument of new parent and child raincoat is completed in November, 2007.
