Terms of Use
Please read on the use by all means.
We established the use condition on using sightseeing photograph material which Takarajima, Amakusa tourist association (we say "our association" as follows) provided. Firstly please read by all means before using.
Article 1 (purpose)
It prescribes about conditions on using sightseeing photograph material for the purpose of sightseeing promotion (pulling in customers, PR to Amakusa) of Amakusa.
Article 2 (the use application)
When user reprints contents of this service in brochure, flyer, newspaper article, advertisement, homepage and publishes, application with use of photograph application form (we say "application form" as follows) is necessary for these Terms of Use after agreement beforehand. It is said that charge of this service is as follows.
Charge: Free of charge
After using this service, please send one copy of work to our association.

Article 4 (the handling of this service data)
When we do use that is different from application contents in reprint and the same use only for once, use of this service, please do use application each time. We prohibit the second use of image and transfer, sale to others. In addition, we prohibit processing that we damage impression of image or might damage and use.
Article 5 (rights)
Image and copyright of other material to offer by this service belong to our association.
In our association, we do not have rights such as right of likeness, trademark, patent right about person, building included in sightseeing material. When licensed negotiations about these rights perform necessary use, it is decided that user performs by oneself. When dispute about these rights occurs, please perform processing, solution in the responsibility such as users.
Article 6 (about responsibility and Sorgfaltspflicht)
User shall use this service based on responsibility of self and, about contents that user releases, shall take all responsibility.
In addition, user does not take responsibility for all about the damage when we had dispute, request for compensation for damages for having used other users using this service, works of third party for our association.
Due to this service, trouble on software and hardware occurs in electronic equipment (they include PC, smartphone, tablet), peripheral device of user, network environment, and our association does not take responsibility for all even if the direct or indirect damage thereby occurred.
Article 7 (prohibition act)
We prohibit the following acts in the use of this service of user.
When user performs the following prohibition act, our association prohibits the use of afterward, and they may take measures by legal means against the user concerned.
Act against these terms
①Act to disturb administration of this service
②Act against law, rules, regulations
③Act against public order and morals
④Damage honor of other users, third parties or our association and social trust, and discomfort and act to cause mental damage
④Act violates intellectual property that other users, third parties or our association own or to cause act with the fear and infringement of copyright
⑤Act against fact or to provide information with the fear
⑥Act that might be equivalent to child porno or child abuse
⑦Act to place information admitted that it is harmful to minor or act with the above fear
⑧Act to use other than the purpose of use that we specified in these terms and "application form"
⑨In addition, act to judge that our association is inappropriate
Article 8 (about management of user data)
We shall not guarantee our association about adapting to the use purpose of accuracy of data which user released, preservation contents such as validity and user.
We change constitution of service, the use condition, URL and contents without notice or may cancel.
Article 9 (about disclaimers)
Our association shall not take responsibility for all of the damage that occurred for user on the use of this service. In addition, on the use of this service, we shall not take responsibility for all of the damage that user gave third party, and the damage that user gave third party solves with responsibility and expense of user, and there shall not be thing causing damage to our association.
Article 10 (cancellation of the use)
When we discover the use by violation or condition violation in the Terms of Use concerned, we withdraw consent. In addition, we take legal measures when the serious use violation and our association determine.
Article 11 (about revision of terms)
Our association shall be able to change these terms due to establishment, change, the abolition such as laws and ordinances without getting the consent to user.
