You fill in the requirements on payment handling vote participation application attached to the entrance lobby of central government office or each branch and participation application, and you propose with participation fee at the nearest post office, or apply for "crow Pass" "panorama walk in Goshoura executive committee" (person in charge of education General Administration Division Goshoura education general affairs in Goshoura branch) by mail, bringing by 2013.1.18 Friday.
