In commemoration of one five pairs of shoes having come in Amakusa now on August 9, 1907 100 years ago, we hold "campaign of the 100th anniversary of five pairs of shoes Kurushima" until from September 1 to February 29, next year.
Account of a trip when we visited Christian culture of Kumamoto, Amakusa with Masao Ota (Mokutaro Kinoshita), Hakushu Kitahara, Isamu Yoshii that Hiroshi Yosano was still university student, Banri Hirano and others four is "five pairs of shoes".
