Abundant Amakusa clay for chinaware of the Amakusa West Coast whole area (Amakusamachi, Amakusa-shi, Reihoku-machi, Amakusa-gun) occupies 80% of the whole country in excellence characteristics and the amount of production of quality as raw materials of high-grade ceramics such as Arita ware for a long time and is known as throughout the trade world's best Amakusa clay for chinaware.
　We work on the making of work which arrested idea of consumers while following tradition such as translucent snow-white work using high quality Amakusa clay for chinaware and warm work of ash glaze and hold "earthenware City in Amakusa West Coast spring" every year as place of the result announcement.
