Not needing salt because bien is word that saltlessness (muen) was corrupted into and is fresh. It is accommodation plan of fresh local fish.

■Ushibuka Haiya father and son (chanko)
Fair that we have memorial service of 30 years after the death of excellent ozeki "Tochihikari" of Ushibuka native place and hold from 2007. Using fresh fishery products and Kamaboko, local ingredients, you can have pan of each shop original.
