When we cancel meeting, we do not refund participation fee.

On postal transfer paper (the payment handling vote) with predetermined application after filling out the requirements
You attach participation fee, and please apply at post office of neighborhood.
In addition, please use participation application of attached sheet when column is short by applications such as groups (mail, FAX available).
