Have seven hot springs seal the following application paper in the case of the use at the front desk.
As for the grand prize, stamp 7 facility, 1, 2, 3, 4, the fifth prize are for stamp 4 higher than facility.
Please apply for application paper after filling out the requirements.
As you accept application in all facilities, please submit to used facility last.
