About 220 years ago, it seemed to be initiated by mission of King of Ryukyu. Actually, we lengthen rice cake and wrap bean jam and are bean-jam cake to be able to enjoy flavor of leaf of cedar even if we say yokan. It is often sold out in the morning and is said to be fantastic cedar yokan.
