We call crab "Gane" in Amakusa. Because because form that fried is similar to crab, came to call these dishes oganeageto, but often eat as snacks since was small, taste really good old for Amakusa person. But, we are sleeping, and Nishime and "the country rice" to be relieved at unintentionally including chirashi-sushi let you taste hokkorishitahitotokio other than experience made.

Cooking start!
At first, that seasoning is different, but, as for the ganeageno which we season with sweet potato as time limit (*^_^*)'s greatest point, it is to people putting beer by each flavor ♡ home of ginger! Well, temperature of oil seemed to become just right♪
We fry promptly!
So that oil does not splash…This bi; begin to fry pipe which is at the last! Though we pay pan size that it is easy to eat for 3-4 sweet potatoes in a lump to become, this is unexpectedly difficult…It is (^_^;) mmm That you can become wonderful wife is instant when arm is tried (laugh)
It is fried and concentrates on condition
We concentrate on intensively because it burns immediately when careless a little. If become light brown brown, signal of the completion. Mmm? Does this become form of "Gane" properly?…Delicate feeling (@_@)
But, we are sleeping and are completed!
Though "we are sleeping" and it is no completion and was not able to make our confidence product well like ♡ mothers, there is with great relish and is satisfied! In fact, we were starving while taking this photograph as there was fragrant flavor of sweet potato in room (laugh)
Local gentle mothers
Another powerful charm of this tour is contact with mothers of hometown. Let alone story about dishes, interesting story including old tale of Amakusa was given in various ways. Meanwhile, Santa who came over to Amakusa in the case of "world Santa Claus meeting in Amakusa" held in Amakusa ate the same country rice…As for the nante talk♪
The country rice♥
Many dishes which we have eaten too much a lot greedily is this. It is Nishime, tofu deep frying, black soybean, kimpira, pickles which soaked well in chirashi-sushi…nadonado.

Miyajidake farming association
Miyajidake district of Amakusa-shi is agriculture and forestry zone among mountains in the neighborhood in central part of Amakusa-shi Shimoshima.
Because expansion establishes interchange business in judicial agricultural union "Miyajidake farming association" established for the purpose of community improvement and activation, we perform various approaches. In the early spring, "Amakusa scarecrow village" appears and is spot full of many tourists every year.
